STEP 1 

Go To Gmail.Com

SignUp For Gmail Click On Create an Account 

Fill The Form 

Note Select Location United State

After Sign Up Login With Your Gmail Account . 

STEP 2

Go To YouTube.Com Just Sign In With Your Gmail Account Click On Top Right Corner Click On YouTube Settings 
A Window Will Open Click On View Additional Settings Click On View Additional Features

A New Window will Open For Monetisation 

If Monetisation Is Disable Go To Channel Click On Advanced It Redirect To New Page 

Go To This Page and Click On Enable My Account 

After Enable My Account Simple Check All Three Boxes 

Finally Click On Monetize 

Go To Video Manager You See Green Icon $  Means Videos are Fully Monetized 

ASSOCIATE YOUTUBE WITH ADSENSE 

Follow The Step To Associate Adsense 

1.Go To Channel Settings ---->Go To Monetization 

2.You Will See 6 Option Skip Click On How Will I Be Paid ? and Then Click On Associate An Adsense Account 

3.It Show a New Window Associate YouTube With Google Adsense 

Just Click Yes, Proceed To Google Account Sign In 

4.Select Language and Click On Continue 

5.Fill Out Your Information and Submit My application 

After Submit It Will Redirect To YouTube and After One Hour You Will Receive Email On Your Gmail Account You Have Successfully Approved Your Adsense Account .
